Thepurposeofthisstudyistorevealtheimpactofendometrialthicknessandendometrialpatternonpregnancyrates,incases,atleast,onegrade1qualityembryotransferdonefromIVFandICSIappliedpatients.Weincludedthecasesintoourstudiesinwhichatleastonegrade1qualityembryotransferdonefromIVForICSIappliedpatientsinourinvitrofertilizationclinicatourhospitalbetweentheyearsand.Thestudies’sparametersconsistedofthecases’age,bodymassindex(BMI),indication,basalFSHlevels,endometrialthicknessmeasuredonthehCGdayandendometrialpattern,applieddrugprotocol,E2valuesonthedayofhCG.Pregnancydetectionwasconfirmed12daysafterthetransferbyβhCGmeasuringandultrasonographyoftheembryonarysac.Ourpatients’avarageagewas30.1±5.5(18-45)andpregnancyratewas%46.5.Whenthecaseswereclassifiedaspregnantandnonpregnantandevaluated,maximumE2levelinpregnantswereobservedassignificantlyhigheronthedayofhCGapplication(p=0..05).Whenweclassifiedthecasesaccordingtotheirendometrialthickness,%10.3caserangebetween1-7mm,%87.3caserangebetween7.1-14mmand%2.4is14+.Whenweclassifiedthecasesaccordingtotheirages,ofthem(%56.4)were30andbelow,(%22.9)werebetween31and35and91ofthem(%20.7)were36andabove.Statisticallynosignificantdistinctionwasobservedwhenageandendometrialthickness
